  Our prices are listed on the Services & Pricing page. You can also get a quote on our portal. Please note: the quote's accuracy depends on the information provided, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• What will my dog get fed?
  We feed NZ-made Addiction Mega Premium Kibble.
• Do I need to bring my dog's food?
  No, but if your dog has a special diet, you are welcome to provide their regular food.
• What will my cat get fed?
  We feed Addiction Salmon Bleu to our feline guests.
• Do I need to bring my cat's food?
  No, but we are happy to feed your cat the food you provide.
• My dog is allergic to beef/chicken. Do you provide alternatives?
  Yes, we offer beef/chicken-free options such as NZ-made Addiction Salmon Bleu, Wild Kangaroo & Apples, or Viva Venison. A $3.00 per day surcharge applies.
• Can I take my dog out for the day?
  Yes, please inform us when booking. Ensure you pick up and drop off within regular hours.
• Can my pet have something to chew while staying with you?
  Yes, we offer a range of natural air-dried treats. You can add these during booking by selecting "Extras."
• Do I need to bring a lead?
  Yes, all dogs must arrive on a lead for their safety and the safety of our free-ranging chickens.
• Does my dog need a collar or harness?
  Yes, all dogs must wear a properly fitted collar or harness at all times.
• Can I drop my pet in the car park?
  No, owners must walk pets to the kennels/cattery to ensure their safety.
• Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
  Yes, all pets must be fully vaccinated to ensure the health of all animals at our facility.
• Can I bring my pet's bed?
  Yes, but note that it may get dirty or damaged during their stay.
• My dog is aggressive toward other dogs. Can he be kept separate?
  Yes, we accommodate dogs that require individual exercise.
